- All trademarks, logos, and names belong to their respective brand owners.
2. Orders & Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within the UAE.
- For international orders, full advance payment is required.
- Prices are displayed in AED or USD or Other Currency , depending on your location.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
3. Delivery Policy
- Dubai & UAE: Delivery within 24 hours – 3 days.
- Worldwide Shipping: Delivery within 3 – 7 working days.
- Free international shipping is available on orders over USD $150.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance or courier delays.
4. Product Inspection & Acceptance
- Customers must inspect their watch at the time of delivery while the courier is present.
- If there are technical defects (watch not functioning, broken clasp, damaged strap), we will replace the product free of charge.
- Once the product has been accepted, no returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons of style, size, or preference.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- Watches can only be replaced if reported immediately upon delivery with visible technical issues.
- No refunds are provided after the item is accepted by the customer.
- For international customers: customs clearance risks and delays are the buyer’s responsibility. No refunds if an order is held, seized, or delayed by customs.
6. Warranty & Disclaimer
- All watches sold are replica/master copy models, not original.
- No manufacturer’s warranty applies.
- Dubai Watch Hub is not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Water damage or misuse after delivery.
- Color or material variations due to photography and lighting.
7. Intellectual Property
- All product photos, descriptions, and content on our website belong to Dubai Watch Hub.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of our content is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
